The Great Adventures of Eggplant-D Youtube Version – 3 Day Island Survival Battle ~Survival Battle – Day 1~ This is a 3-way “island survival” battle between Team Saori Yoshida, Team Yoiko, and Eggplant-D ! From here, please enjoy each team’s footage! ~Building a house on the deserted island~ While Arino collects driftwood and other articles, Our table. Oh this is good. We’re done. We’re practically done here. When are those 2 going to go fishing? Maybe I’ll start working harder after the sun goes down We’ve got a shortage of manpower.here This is basically complete. Where will Mokomichi (famous actor who will arrive later as a guest) cook, though? He’ll cook right there. Those lined up there, are mock plates. Wait, which one….? Like, this one right here He’ll serve the food in this…? He’ll serve the dish saying “Yo!” (Phrase the Japanese say when presenting something) “Yo!” That’s the Sushi-zanmai (Japanese sushi restaurant) Pose!! Mokomichi’s not gonna do that! “Yo!” “Yo!” to the great outdoors Yeah that’s the Sushi-zanmai Pose.
All right, I’m assigning roles! Mr. Hamaguchi! Please go and collect a lot of wood! Got it! Please go and collect a lot of wood! and Miss Darenogare – Please help me make a table. Okay! Please help me make a table. So let’s do this everyone! …..Dude, go already! Hey, don’t play around! Put that down. Buck teeth Morning, Mr. Sanma (Japanese comedian)! Good morning! Morning, Mr. Sanma (Japanese comedian)! See you on the set of “Improvement Committee” (TV show hosted by Sanma) Of course! See ya, then! Good luck! That’s hilarious Wanna try being Mr. Sanma, too? No thanks… Wanna try being Mr. Sanma, too? This is my last survival batle of the Heisei Era. Looking back on my own Heisei Era, this island survival battle show … was one of the significant events for me. The Heisei Era lasted 30 years, and I’ve been participating in this TV segment for half the era. That’s long… This is so hard… Do you guys do this every time? Yes we do. Wow. Yes we do. We’ve been doing it for 15 years 15 years!? We’ve been doing it for 15 years Every time That’s amazing We’ve never done this in such a big group before.
Usually, Arino does the construction work alone ….in silence. All the work is why he looks like he hasn’t slept for 3 days. Yoiko has worked hard for the past 15 years ..and they will do the same this year. How is house construction going for “Team Yoshida,” led by National Honor Award-winning athlete Saori Yoshida? Look at all those hermit crabs! Wow!! I’ve never seen wild hermit crabs before. This is scary, this is scary. So do they bite? Do they bite? One of them is on its back! You have to help it, Miss Yoshida. I can’t touch it though! I’m too scared… The team make their way to the depths to look for a place to make a base. Whoa!!! Oh no! That was so scary! That was just a tree branch, though…. By the way, why is my backpack so huge? The TV crew had stuffed something special for Yoshida in her backpack. Seriously!? This is so exciting!! What’s inside? What is this…? Huh!? Look! What is this? What…? I definitely have to wear this! This is in the way. Hey No no no no no no no! Don’t do that!! It was in the way. Don’t do that!! It was in the way. You have to be gentle with nature! Sorry You have to be gentle with nature! I want to put this on right now and go diving.
The team use the plastic sheets provided by the TV crew to make the roof and floor of the house Does that look good? Yes, it looks good! Then… Should we make the Ishigama (stone oven) first? Did you say “Chiikama”? (Cheese-filled fish cake) Should we make the Ishigama (stone oven )first? Did you say “Chiikama”? (Cheese-filled fish cake) No, “Ishigama” Um….we’re at a deserted island.so we can’t make Chiikama. They start lining rocks up to make a stove. Surprisingly there aren’t many rocks here. Really? Lemme go find some big ones for you! Hold on Found one! Yoshida takes initiative, but… Aaaahhhhh! There was something on the rock! Gross…. A bug… So we have to put in flammable things like thin, dry twigs A fire is lit on the twigs with a lighter Come on come on Whoooooaaa! Amazing! We’re done with the stove! Awesome. So this is how you make a stove, huh? I’m having so much fun! Life is fun. I’m starting to think that if you can get through this, you can get through anything. Both Team Yoiko and Team Yoshida are working on building their houses.
Which leaves us with 1 question – what’s that other guy doing? These sharks are swimming at a 1.5 meter depth from the surface Eggplant is trying to catch a shark. After setting up some live bait in the sharks’ path I have to carry the sandbags up the cliff So let’s carry ’em up Okay So let’s carry ’em up Oh so you’re only carrying a bit up at a time? Heh… Oh so you’re only carrying a bit up at a time? …Why do you have to say it like that? This is a trial of strength I’m just gonna keep working and soon I’ll see the end.
I’m making a house towards the top because the winds& waves are too intense near the bottom This is good exercise Yeah, it is This is good exercise What do you mean “Yeah, it is.”? You’re not doing anything. You’re not at all running out of breath. Impressive. I’m already thinking about hard it’ll be to …bring these sandbags down the cliff. It’s a bad habit I have as a director, like, already dreading cleaning up after filming, when we haven’t even begun yet True when we haven’t even begun yet Although I excitedly declared that I’d build a house on a cliff, it’s actually really tough. Ohhh no You can’t be careless when you’re on a cliff. I want to create a flat surface. and make a simple house. Why does Eggplant want to create a flat surface? Haah Let’s make a flat surface, over there All right. Whew. When I get through all of this I will have myself a comfy house.
Isn’t your grip strength gradually weakening? It’s actually the opposite. When it comes to island survival, the more you do, the stronger you get. Whew Here, the cameraman… I see you standing on the sandbag These make a flat foothold. Oh do they? These make a flat foothold. Oh do they? They make it easier to stand Right? They make it easier to stand Right? Yes The cameraman accompanying Eggplant is a big guy who weighs 120 kilograms Heavy guys are prone to lose their footing. Thus, Eggplant is very careful in solidifying the foothold. Ohh this is dangerous So the house …can only be about this big. Those sandbags look really heavy! They’re not that heavy. They’re not? They’re not that heavy. They’re not? One weighs about 20 kilograms I think. All right….whew Seems like such a tough task All right…whew Oof Well, at least it isn’t one of those endless tasks I’ll finish eventually.
Whewww Eggplant works on a rigorous task in a dangerous place, all by himself. I’m carrying sandbags while stepping on sandbags I need to stack these up higher in order to create a flat surface I gotta do this carefully or it could be dangerous. If anyone slips on these, then that’s it. Do you have enough sandbags? I don’t think I do…. Seems that way I don’t think I do…. There are not enough sandbags The ground was more slanted than I thought I didn’t realize how difficult this is until I actually tried Since arriving he’s been carrying the sandbags up the cliff without rest. This is tough, even for Eggplant. Ughh Hahh…. Whew… I smell like a puppy right now But I’m done laying the sandbags. The area is about as big as 1 tatami mat Finally, I can take a nap! Eggplant takes a 5-second nap.
I gotta re-stack these. I wonder how big of a surface I can make I know I can’t make a big one. The conditions are worse than last year. At least there was a flat area last year. Making a house on a cliff is so hard. This is different that what I imagined . It’s harder than I thought. No, I can’t make it here. It’ll collapse. I don’t care the area is small, I just need to make a flat surface. Eggplant rearranges the sandbags to create a flat surface. …Is it even possible to live in a place like this? This is gonna be a small house I can only make one that this big. But let’s just do this, huh? So I’m going to make the legs on the cliff side then create a fence around it This may be unstable …but I’m gonna do what I can Look, this is wobbly Damn that’s so unstable and dangerous! I can’t live here! I have to be careful as I am on a cliff.
Look behind you! Be careful. I have to be careful as I am on a cliff. Look behind you! Be careful. True story. I have to catch a shark after too so I gotta make this house quickly but look. This isn’t reaching even the ground. This year, I’m using nails. Last year , I used vines to go for a certain design but this year I can’t afford to do that. Safety comes first. Otherwise I could get hurt. Why did I even say that I’d make a house on a cliff? It’s so hard and dangerous.
It’s so difficult to work here. I’m filling this gap at the bottom with a small piece of wood. …and hey! It fits perfectly It does!. …and hey! It fits perfectly I have to prioritize safety this time. I cannot focus on design . All right. This is now very sturdy. I’m done with this part. When you’re building a house on a cliff, you can’t be working too carefully, or spend any time trying to make it look beautiful. If you do so it could fall apart. I may not finish at this rate. Taking this house apart is going to be a pain in the ass I have to use nails and make it sturdy. Otherwise it’s dangerous. I can’t worry about how it looks When you use thick, long nails, it’s gonna be difficult to take the house apart later on , Right now I can’t say that this 100% sturdy. Usually you fill in gaps like this with cement, but I’m using a tiny piece of wood instead.
So this is still unstable and very dangerous. I’m saving the excess wood to use as charcoal later on. I’m going to start making a floor like this . Using nails instead of vines makes this so easy especially when making something of this size. Gradually he creates more of a foothold. And he starts working faster. This man is very skilled. Look at how perfectly this fits. This’ll be hard to take apart. All right, this side’s done. Doesn’t that look good? But this is not at all sturdy yet. I know this looks sturdy but it isn’t at all. Still dangerous. Making a house on a cliff is surprisingly easy. …….did you say “easy”? Making a house on a cliff is surprisingly easy. …….did you say “easy”? Well not “easy.” It does takes work, But it’s do-able. It seems impossible but you can do it. Even though he is not a carpenter, Eggplant steadily builds a house amid the rough environment. Where does all his knowledge and eagerness come from? Have you ever went fishing before? Me? I actually spend more time filming fishermen. When you’re a TV director like me you get to film artisans & other professionals show off techniques that they spend their whole lives acquiring.
You get to see them do things that they don’t normally show people. The footage used on TV is usually 5~10 minutes but you spend an entire day filming them. You get to witness how amazing artisans, fishermen, and carpenters are. They’re so cool and amazing. Us directors on the other hand, have a rather dull presence cuz we’re just filming these amazing people. We’re not the ones with the impressive skills. We take a piece of someone’s life and air it on TV So if they’ve been working 30 years You gotta make sure you capture 30 years worth of their career My job’s pretty amazing, I can’t complain. I have to stay positive no matter what.
Eggplant works hard to pay respect to the various artisans / professional he’s interviewed. So first I piled up some sandbags and made a flat surface. Then, I put 2 pillars in the front. Then I placed a square frame on top, then made the floor above it. Look at me making a floor on a cliff. It looks very sturdy! This part is still unstable.
Oh, it is? This part is still unstable. One of the directors who’s here with us is rather big, Yeah. Hehehehe One of the directors who’s here with us is rather big, and if this director stands on that unstable part Is it dangerous? and if this director stands on that unstable part …this whole floor will flip over It’s gonna flip over? …this whole floor will flip over It’s gonna flip over? Because that part is unstable.
So are you going to strengthen it? Hehe So are you going to strengthen it? No. You’re not? No. You’re not? There’s no time. I gotta catch that shark. If the big director jumps from there to here, the whole thing will fall off the cliff along with the director. Are you done? …making the floor, you mean? I’m almost done. Can’t you tell? I’m 80% done with making this house. 80%? Really? I’m 80% done with making this house. 80%? Really? Yes really. Don’t you dare joke around and make me build a house with 2-floors or something. It’s too dangerous. Oooh I can use this part. Let me attach it onto the side. Although he said he wouldn’t,Eggplant strengthens the floor, so that the big cameraman who weighs 120 kilograms can stay safe. Whoa What? This just creaked a little. I wish I had more driftwood. …but I think this is good. I’m done. Whew. It looks really good! I’m done. Whew It looks really good! Really? Yes Really? I’m done. I’ve made a floor on a cliff. and I’ll be building a house above it. A simple house I can stay at for 3 days. I have created a house floor on a cliff.
It’s kind of dangerous to stand on this side. All that’s left to do is build a house on top. So I just did some foundation work I’m relieved though. The floor was the part of the house I was the most worried about making. I’m going to build a house on top. One that anyone can make. I have collected some bamboo at that other island, and we brought some plastic sheets with us, so I will use these materials to quickly build the house How long will it take you? So I will use these materials to quickly build the house. How long will it take you? About an hour. LIke exactly an hour. I caught something Now that the prospects of finishing the house look brighter for Eggplant, he resumes with fishing. Did I catch a Gurukun? I caught a Gurukun. Eggplant-D catches one of his favorite fish. This is a “Gurukun” The proper name is “bananafish” “Gurukun” is what they’re called in Okinawa.
I should just eat this myself. I bet it tastes really good. They’re weak, though. This one has already weakened. When Gurukuns are sleeping, or are excited, or dead, they turned red. So the Gurukuns you see at supermarkets are red. When you see them in the ocean they are deep blue. They look beautiful. They’re blue and silver with yellow spots. Their original color is a clear emerald blue. A very deep and beautiful blue. So, the only time you can see them blue is right after you catch them. They taste good as sashimi, and also when they’re salt-grilled and deep-fried. I will use this Gurukun as shark bait. The bait will turn the shark on. Gurukun… So I’m going to cut the fish so blood will come out, and this blood is what attracts the sharks. This Gurukun will serve as a button …that will turn the shark on.
Although he caught the Gurukun to use as shark bait, Eggplant looks like he wants to eat it himself. He looks torn, as he wants to catch the shark too I will make this into ground bait later This is really……Ooohh…. This looks really good. I want to eat this. Doesn’t it look good? Yes. Doesn’t it look good? But……no. I’m here to catch a shark. It looks delicious, but …..no. I’m using this as bait. Shame I can’t eat it. Next… I caught a porcupinefish! Although their name (“Harisenbon”) means “1000 needles” they really only have like 350. It is said that porcupinefish are stronger than sharks.
If a shark accidentally eats one, their needles could kill the shark. They’re pretty tough Their have really strong mouths. Never accidentally put your finger in their mouths. Porcupinefish can grind up shellfish in their mouths …so, they could easily break your finger. They’re eaten in Taiwan. Their needles are removed and their skin is parboiled. In Okinawa they are made into a soup called “Abasaa” “Abasaa” means “A talkative woman” in the Okinawan Dialect When the porcupinefish opens and close its mouth, it looks like a person who talks a lot. I got another one! Oh did I catch an “Ojisan” (“Old man”)? I caught an Ojisan Look, an Ojisan Been a while since I caught one This is a goat fish. In Japan, they’re referred to as “Ojisan,” or “Old man” because they have beards. However, they are called “Goatfish” overseas. So I’ve mentioned many times on this show that the “Ojisan” smells bad, but apparently, it is a popular ingredient in French cuisine.
They’re called “Rouget” in France. Little by little they’re becoming known in Japan They’ve been attracting attention in Japan lately, so you’ll see them on the market Remember the ones I speared before? Those types are available, in salt-grilled style, for about 2,000 yen (About $17.94) Let’s lure the shark. Sharks have a keen sense of smell I’ll cut the fish so that blood will come out and the smell of the blood will lure the shark The bait will turn the shark on. We could get a lot of sharks, you know? We could attract a lot. It’ll be a “Shark Festival”! This is Eggplant’s first time “Pulley-fishing” Will any sharks bite onto the live bait he set up? He returns to the top of the cliff to continue building the house I am now going to bend the bamboo, which I collected earlier. Normally you’d do this with a burner. but you put the part of the bamboo you want to bend directly onto the fire . Heat it on the fire a bit, then it’ll bend without breaking The bamboo becomes soft. This is how we process the bamboo. See, it is melting and becoming soft.
That’s amazing See, it is melting and becoming soft. It’s like plastic, right? They bend just like that, huh? Make sure they don’t burn or break So I’m taking 6 bamboo that are the same length, and bending them in the same place. They’ll harden when you cool them. This is pretty easy. So I’m going to do 6, while making sure I don’t burn the bamboo. I have to do this slowly, otherwise the bamboo will crack. Whoa, it’s bending like crazy. These bend pretty easily See. Bent bamboo. I’m kind of hungry after trying to catch a shark and build a house at the same time. I gotta feed myself too. Not just the shark. This is a fish I caught, and I’m going to cook it. Rather, I’m going to throw it directly onto the charcoal I will cook the fish thoroughly by throwing it directly onto the charcoal. Apparently fishermen in Izu Oshima Island throw fish directly in the fire, after catching them.
Then they eat them. A fisherman who does harpoon-fishing, told me this. The fish which won’t be used as shark bait, will be eaten by Eggplant. I’m gonna pour a ton of soy sauce on this So this fisherman told me that he tears the skin off before he eats the fish. He said he puts the fish directly on the charcoal, and cooks it until it’s super-crispy. and completely burnt. 5 minutes ago this guy was swimming in the sea. It has now become a meal. I’m not taking the innards out. I’m just gonna cook it the way it is. Apparently the fish taste best this way. Even though this fisherman told me he always tears the skin off and tosses it, I saw him eating the skin afterwards…. The skin was covered in charcoal. So he threw 10 live fish directly on the fire, at once and everyone was full on biting into them. Even young people. They were cooked until they were super-burnt. All right, My very first meal today is… A fish (non-flavored) I want Onuma-san (staff in charge of sound effects) to insert some music here Un-flavored Ladder Wrasse ( Price: 0 yen) Let me show you how to eat this.
It’s easy. You remove the skin and take off its scales. Wow you can remove it so easily Yes, because the fish is all burnt. Wow you can remove it so easily This is what fishermen in Izu Oshima Island do. Anyways, Bon Appetit. How does the fish taste? Ohh man that tastes good. Here, the cameraman who weighs 120 kilograms…… Why are you laughing? That looks really good. Why are you laughing? Eggplant cannot get enough of this fish. Food review for the camera, please? Oh right! Totally forgot! Food review for the camera, please? So…it’s really good. It’s white-fleshed and high-quality. Kinda tastes like sea bream. It has a “Simple” taste. Eggplant is so into the fish ..that he can only provide a “Simple” food review. Well, that was fast. It’s only been 5 minutes since I started cooking the fish and look at it now. I’m done. What a dynamic way of eating fish I’m done.
What a dynamic way of eating fish Right? What a dynamic way of eating fish Let’s get back to building the house When you’re building the house and fishing at the same time, you can do stuff like this. Eggplant was the first to have a meal after arriving at the island. What is Team Yoiko having for dinner? Team Yoiko fillets the fish they caught, then… Let us now begin the very last “Fish-throwing ritual” ….of the Heisei Era. God of the heavens, God of land, God of oil. God of the heavens, God of land, God of oil. And most important of all, the God of the O….
･wait lemme say that again “And especially, the God of the O!” Please begin the ritual So sorry about that Please begin the ritual So! Here we…. goooooo!!!!! Holy crap!! Hot! That is dangerous! The fire’s pretty intense, huh? Indeed it is intense. The fire’s pretty intense huh? That looks good! Wow! That looks delicious! Bon appetit! DAMN THAT’S GOOOOOOOD It’s so soft!! Mmmm!!! It’s so soft!! Tastes good doesn’t it? Tastes good doesn’t it? Irresistible! Next, the team salt-grills the filleted fish. Oh you’re going mafia-style. Mafia-style salt-sprinkling Mafia-style salt sprinkling The fish is then boiled, and miso is dissolved in the water. How is the taste? The soup is thin…. Everyone who is about Hamaguchi’s age gets told by the doctor that their blood pressure is high Then let’s add more salt!!! Hamaguchi adjusts the taste by sprinkling in more salt, in mafia-style. Should I take over, Mr. Arino? Have you ever dissolved miso before? Of course! Have you ever dissolved miso before? I’m pretty good at cooking Oh really? I’m pretty good at cooking I often cook Japanese food I don’t really cook Western food Oh really? I don’t really cook Western food Do you make Chikuzen-ni (braised chicken and vegetables)? I do Do you make Chikuzen-ni (braised chicken and vegetables)? That’s impressive! Do you make miso soup too? I do Do you make miso soup too? I make both Ichiban-dashi (“first soup stock”) and Niban-dashi (“second soup stock”) Impressive!! I make both Ichiban-dashi (“first soup stock”) and Niban-dashi (“second soup stock”) Okay.
Honestly I thought you couldn’t cook at all I can cook Honestly I thought you couldn’t cook at all She can cook. I can’t get married though~! How does the miso soup taste? Wow that’s good!! That was delicious!! That tasted great! What is Team Yoshida having for dinner on their first day? There’s something growing on the rocks This…. Can you eat this? Yoshida begins searching for wild grasses. She doesn’t hesitate to….. *Pop* Pffffff!!! This tastes so bad! Legend Yoshida’s Survival Technique #1 : If you want to find out if something’s edible or not , just put it in your mouth! This is better than the last one.. The wild grass that Yoshida plucked from instinct is called “Peucedanum japonicum”.It’s very nutritious, and it is said that by eating one stub you can live a day longer.
It is enjoyed in various ways, such as in Tempura-style. An edible-looking leaf!! Success~!! I collected many leaves actually. I walk down the shoreline~♪ But then I give up and go back~♪ Yoshida heads to the rocky area to collect food. I can’t ruin my clothes cuz these are the only ones I have with me Bbpppfff!!! The water got in my eyes! However The salt water tastes good! Yoshida is able to stand straight while looking for food in such a rocky area because her leg muscles are sturdy. Oh no no Aaah!!! ……….You know what? I don’t care anymore. I don’t even care.
Then Look, shellfish! Look at all the shellfish! Oh noo!!! The waves washed them away! See, shellfish! See? Shellfish! Kaaaahh!!! The shellfish are stuck to the rock Duuudde my underwear’s getting wet! Oh my god…. Oh my gawdddd!!! I’m gonna get swept away~ Look, I’ve collected some small shellfish! Success!! So I got….1,2,3,4….. ……19. 20, 21, 22…. 22 Shellfish~!! Look, stars! I see the moon, too! That’s beautiful, What a great time to be alive. I’m so happy I could come here. My whole life, all I’ve ever really done ….is wrestle. I’ve never had time to do anything like this. But now, I get to do many things. And it’s all possible because I did wrestling. Wrestling has led me to this point. …and I am very grateful for this. I’m glad that I worked so hard till now. This is how I feel right now. While “Brilliant” (comedy duo accompanying Yoshida) is diving in the cold sea… The guys will be cold when they return so I’m going to make them hot soup. The fire’s pretty intense. and the water’s starting to boil! I think I added too much firewood. I haven’t been checking the time.
I don’t have a watch, so I don’t know what time it is. From the looks of it it’s about midnight. …I think. I wonder what time it is. The first day went by really quickly. There were so many things to do, and most of these things I did for the 1st time. Each activity was fun, though, and time goes by quickly when you’re having fun. So yeah – I’m having fun and time is going by really fast. Yoshida begins to gently dissolve the miso in the boiling water That’s good…. Hehehehehe I’m might drink all of this myself All right! It’s done! The “zero ingredient miso soup” is done! Look! After “Brilliant” returns from fishing, Yoshida plans to put in the fish they caught..
However… What is this? We’re sorry Miss Yoshida We couldn’t catch any fish. Seriously!? We couldn’t catch any fish. I collected some leaves too. You collected the same ones as us, only smaller. I also collected shellfish. So, honestly speaking, are you guys cold? Yes, a little. Then let’s have some miso soup!! Whaaat!? Then let’s have some miso soup!! Miso soup I’m so sorry we couldn’t catch any fish to put in it. How frustrating. It’s fine, it’s totally fine. Let’s move on. We’ll get a fresh start tomorrow. We’ll never get through this if we don’t just move on. It’s not like we’re gonna die. For now, let’s forget everything and enjoy the miso soup. Team Yoshida put the shellfish and wild grasses they collected into the miso-soup Ta-daa! The shellfish / wild grass miso soup is done! So should we try this leaf? The veggie So should we try this leaf? I’m gonna eat this leaf …..This is edible, right….? The more I look at it, the more it looks like an ordinary leaf Noo ewww! The more I look at it, the more it looks like an ordinary leaf Please try it.
This is sooo just an ordinary leaf!! What? It’s so hard! Really? So this is survival life, huh…..? Damn… I really hope to catch some fish tomorrow! Then let’s go catch some I really hope to catch some fish tomorrow! Let’s go diving tomorrow! The 3 of us! Team Yoshida head off to see the stars so they can become hopeful for tomorrow Whoa whoa whoa oh no Where are the stars? Whoa whoa whoa oh no Where are the stars? Up there!! See? It’s amazing isn’t it? A sky full of stars Wow wow wow. Isn’t this great? It’s phenomenal! Wow. I’m so happy right now Wow. I’m so happy right now This is sensational There are a countless number Right? There are a countless number Right? …of stars See that M-shaped consellation made up of 5 stars? 1 2 3 4 5.
Yes. made up of 5 stars? That’s Cassiopeia Impressive!! That’s Cassiopeia You’re so cute and charming Miss Yoshida Looking up at a sky full of stars while lying on a sandy beach feels really good. …And the sounds of the waves are nice. True! The sounds of the waves are nice. This is the best. What would make this situation even better? Food! Sorry but no can do. The team then fall asleep in their warm, cold-proof sleeping bags made of plastic sheets Legend / People’s Honor Award winner Saori Yoshida, curls up in a plastic sheet at an island.
I had so many new experiences today. Life at a deserted island ….is pretty nice. Living here has reminded me that I must be thankful for my life. I take it for granted that I can obtain food very easily . In places like this, you cannot obtain food easily At the same time, I learned that if you use your brain, you can do many things which seem hard. I learned that you never know until you try. I’m looking forward to tomorrow! Oh really? I’m looking forward to tomorrow! The team then start chatting like they are teenagers on a school trip What kind of guys do you like? Guys who are kind. Guys who are kind and …..funny. Or rather, guys who talk a lot. Like… someone who I can constantly joke around and laugh with I see. constantly joke around and laugh with. Someone fun. Are you hungry? A little bit. We failed to catch any fish today. But we can try again tomorrow. It’s important to learn from our mistakes. Mistakes help humans to grow.
Team Yoshida fall asleep in their plastic sleeping bags, at their base, which consists of a plastic roof and floor. Team Yoiko is almost done making their base. and the Eccentric Eggplant continues his shark-catching venture from the cliff. He also finished making the floor portion of his house. What will his house end up looking like? I’m so relieved. I was worried if I could successfully make this floor or not. The house I’ll make will be one that anyone can make. Will he succeed in catching a shark from this cliff? Ohhh Whooaa! Crazy! Whooaa! Whoa Oh my god A shark bit the bait….
What happens from here? Don’t miss the continuation of this intense 14-day battle between a man and a shark! Stay tuned for more episodes! .
